You may think I won't be able to see the dent but remember I look at dents every day and if you get the reflection of something like a door or window frame across the dent there is an excellent chance I will be able to see what I need to give a quote.
Why a video and not pictures. Pictures taken at different angles can show very different things, hiding what I need to see to give an accurate price and with small dents they can be very hard to see at all where as a video in most cases shows all I need. If I can't see the dent I can't give a quote I would be guessing.
If there is paint damage please let me know some minor scratching can be polished after the repair and the customer can touch up the chips after the repair, it all depends on the finnished product you are after. Paint transfer can be cleaned off with thinners or a product like T-cut ( please pick your product carefully and read/follow the instructions.) before videos are sent for the most accurate quote
